PROMOTING "OFFLINE"
Promoting offline means promoting
anywhere but on the Internet. Ads in the local paper, penny saver, etc. can
be effective. Keep your ads short and simple and always test first. With
print advertising the rule of thumb is to always choose frequency over size.
In other words, it is better to run a three line ad two days, rather than
run a 6 line ad one time.
A number of Affiliates have also had great success placing "postcards" in
strategic (and clever) locations. Below you will find a link to a post card

Many affiliates are achieving excellent results utilizing promotional items
and word of mouth advertising. By this we mean handing out pens, flyers,
caps, t-shirts, bumper stickers, etc. with your domain name on them.
Effective locations to do this is at or near race tracks, sporting events,
casinos, etc. You want to get as much exposure as possible to your target
audience, namely people who like to gamble.
